In my opinion, Trek's best massage scene comes from TNG's THE PRICE. When TROI and that Betazed friend of hers have that massage scene...whew, I still get steamy watching it....warm up the lotion indeed!!!

Or am I wrong? Is there another more memorable massage scene out there that I am missing.

I was just watching THE PRICE that day, and I remembered watching it the first time and was shocked with out, well, sensual that scene played out. So, I had to let of a little steam.....

And I had forgotten that this was the episode that abandoned those two Feringi in the Delta-Quadrant that Janeway and crew would later come across on Voyager....

And, also, how many times can we talk about Best of Both Worlds with out going over the same points each time. I hadn't seen a thread on this episode ever, so I thought I'd thrown one out there...and warm up the lotion too!!!

The Price is one of those episodes that seems to get overlooked - it isn't fantastically well-liked, I don't think, nor is it universally hated. For me, I think it's okay. I like the scene with Riker and Ral in 10 Forward because it sheds more light on the Riker/Troi relationship. I think Matt McCoy does a good job, and it doesn't surprise me that Troi falls for him since he isn't a million parsecs away in looks and actions from some other bloke who sits two doors down from her on the bridge... The notion of bartering over the wormhole is an interesting one. It's interesting to see how the Federation works in that respect. I don't really care for the massage scene, though. And it's for a pretty odd reason... I think Troi's hair looks appalling! Really bloody awful. Shallow, moi?
