I don't like Hardwick and would be glad to not see him ever again. But wouldn't it be weird to give his job to his accuser? Or has he been proven guilty already? That'd be a different story.

She'd unfortunately bring the same dark cloud over the proceedings that Hardwick would bring if he were still hosting the panel. You're going to end up with people wanting to talk about her and that shitweasle rather than Doctor Who. Best to get someone who has zero connection to Dykstra and Hardwick so the Doctor Who panel can talk about Doctor Who.
