Eh, what your link actually says is more complicated than what's implied in your post. It's not like they were like, "Ok, here are the 'donated' toys. Let's restock them so we can sell them again! MWAHAHA!", which is what your post implies. The management seriously screwed up the way they handled the whole thing, so hold them accountable in that regard. But don't make it look like they don't give a damn about kids and planned to essentially steal from what was to be theirs, at least not when only going by that article. And don't pin it on the whole company, when it was just this one store's management.
