I had the great pleasure of attending Opening Day
of the Oak Tree meet @ Santa Anita Park race track,
and took these shots of a runner named VULCAN...


VULCAN went to post as the "Logical" race favorite... however, he broke a bit slowly and failed to menace.
If all is well and this horse stays healthy, he should have a good racing career ahead of him!

However, VULCAN is going to be one tough customer in this race.
