Well, since the changes in the timeline couldn't possibly affect Vulcan's orbit, it would have formed in the exact location of its counterpart in the Prime Universe in 2258, causing some issues.
That's assuming the other end of the blackhole is in the same point in space. For all we know, it could have rematerialized in the dead of space with no star to revolve around.
