Voyager or Defient...

If you were to take a trip on a Starship, which one would you choose. Voyager or Defient. Granted, they are two different classes of starship design and the Defient does have a cloaking device. Voyager is bigger and does have holodecks and a master chef : ) So the choice is yours, which one would YOU choose...

That would probably depend on how long of a trip I was taking. If it was a short hop to a Borg infested planet it'd be Defiant. Otherwise I'd stick with Voyager. She proved she can hold her own, and she has a few more conveniences. Like doorways you don't have to duck under.

I'd take NCC 1701. One word: Miniskirts.

Second choice would be Defiant, though.

Shouldn't this be in General Trek Discussion? Not trying to be a Mod or anything, just curious.

If I were going on a Short Trip, the Defiant would be fine, but given her size, I wouldn't wanna be stuck on her for too terribly long.

I'll have to answer C: None of the above as well. For me though it's the Enterprise-D. Plenty of space, plenty of people, plenty of Holodecks, Ten-Forward, the whole deal.

I'm not sure I would care for Neelix's cooking but the holodecks are a must.
Voyager for me.
The Defiant looks a bit claustrophobic.
