In another thread, someone posted the Amazon ranking of recent Voyager books in the UK. I thought it might be interesting to see the ranks on Amazon in the USA.

Endgame: 229,512
String Theory 1: 142,139
String Theory 2: 139,547
String Theory 3: 89,545
Homecoming: 68,423
Farther Shore: 94,554
Spirit Walk 1: 98,424
Spirit Walk 2: 156,285
Distant Shores: 134,722
Full Circle: 101,365
Unworthy: 78,975
(Presale) Children of the Storm: 25,326

Feel free to interpret those numbers any way you wish!

May have to totally disregard the Amazon numbers... these are what I pulled from their website just yesterday for the USA.

Amazon rank for books sold, I'm not sure if these totals include Kindle sales. EDIT: Kindle rank is in ().

Unworthy - # 95,916 (21,798)
Before Dishonor - #101,242 (54,364)
Full Circle - #305,413 (35,113)
The Needs of the Many - #365,584 (64,638)

I'll add the post-Endgame Golden books even though Trek sales in general were in a completely different place close to a decade ago.

Homecoming - #77,603 (39,594)
The Farther Shore - #186,711 (16,097)
Old Wounds - #564,406 (50,844)
Enemy of My Enemy - #632,862 (103,197)

***

String Theory: Cohesion - #308,335 (135,728)
String Theory: Fusion - #293,099 (64,994)
String Theory: Evolution - #278,137 (112,126)

Distant Shores - #271,101 (169,623)

Endgame - #868,255 (76,068)

It also shows Children of the Storm being up about 17,000 spots from yesterday.

But all of the numbers do show one constant... Unworthy outsold Full Circle (at least on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.com). A few thought that wasn't going to be the case. I would take The Children of the Storm numbers with a grain of salt. Amazon may rank pre-order numbers differently from those books that are out and able to be sold.

How strange that it would fluctuate so much in just one day. I guess it does tell us that relying on those rankings is risky business.
