I dislike errors in grammar, but I can live with them. However spelling mistakes are another matter entirely.
Mixing up "which" and "with" should be impossible with careful editing.
I do have to ask why the word "complaisantly" was used instead of the more common "complacently" since the meaning of the two words is similar to the point of being identical and one looks like a misspelling of the other.
Not really a good piece of work anyway. The plot is fairly thin on the ground and plods along far too long.
