I think this is where anyone can buy it from. Preorder makes it unclear, but that's par for the course with this project.

Presumably it's still pre-order because they only just got the original run out to the actual backers. So next would come straight sales.
That's how I bought it when they announced they were "closing preorders" a few months ago, so I was surprised to see the page was still up. Maybe buying it gets you a copy but after everyone else has shipped.
I haven't listened to it, but someone mentioned on the Wang/McNeill podcast that they said Lien had mental health issues during her time on Voyager and that she was written off for that reason and that her family has kept her out of the spotlight as much as possible so that makes sense.
Given the disaster in communication and logistics this project has been, I think it's gonna take a while before they even finish getting the backers their copies.
They were quickly responsive with a "check back in a week" via email last week when I asked about confirming whether my copy had shipped, but they conveniently timed that for STLV. At this stage, I don't know if I'll ever get my copy. I know I've said it before, but I will never participate in another crowdfunding campaign with 455 Films. Not with the group they've had managing this one.
My experience was rather smooth as a preorder person, so it's unfortunate that long term backers are having issues.

Yep, I preordered when I saw a message somewhere (I forgot where) that said they were shipping discs soon and that you should lock your orders in now to save on shipping for the bonus disc. I didn't even know the doc was still in limbo up until then.
Where'd they post that newest message? Buried in the Indiegogo comments again?

I got mine last week, but not being American I got mine from the UK fulfillment company. The US is a lot closer to Canada than the UK is, but I got my video, so what the heck.
