Just for curiosity's sake, I was wondering which shows the good people of the BBS are watching, or not watching, as the case may be.

The poll consists of 50 shows that are airing--some are off for the season, some are ending soon and some have just started. Yes, I'm sure I left off someone's favorite show but I can't include EVERY show out there, but I tried to come up with a good selection. Feel free to post whatever others you watch regularly that did not make the list.

So, which shows, if any, do you watch on a regular basis?

I went with what I'm currently watchin' or tryin' to catch up on via on demand, netflix or some other method.

This reminds me I'm behind on a couple of shows that I really liked at the time I was watchin' 'em...

• The Walking Dead (love/hate relationship with this one)

• American Horror Story (loved first season, hated and didn't finish second season, so whether I continue depends on the new story)

Shows I tried out but gave up on:

• Person of Interest (too episodic, though I've heard that's improved)
• Revolution
• Grimm
• Bates Motel (I watched the whole first season but won't be back for a second)

As you can see my tastes vary quite a bit, from dark dramas on cable, to fluffy teen soap operas, to competition shows, to sitcoms. I like a little bit of everything.

I find I'm narrowing my range of what I watch. I've stopped watching competition shows, dropped soap-style programs for the most part and don't care for most comedies any more. I still watch a lot of shows but my focus seems to be narrowing a bit.

I'm watching some shows now and then, but not as many as I used to though. And I miss being able to watch Game of Thrones... dang it .

So, Big Bang Theory and Walking Dead are the most popular of the lot, eh?

I would've thought the SyFy shows would have done better than they are, but then again, SyFy seems to dropping shows left and right anyway.

Only ones I could say yes to are Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad and Parks & Recreation.

Though I would also include Louie, South Park, Survivor and Amazing Race.

• Burn Notice
• Covert Affairs

I enjoy all of these, but for Burn Notice, Covert Affairs, and White Collar, since I don't have cable, they are a pill to watch. Hulu Plus doesn't stream them to TV, I no longer have a computer connected to a TV, and I have little patience for watching at a desk. As for Once Upon a Time and Warehouse 13, I kinda got bored with the week-to-week and decided just to catch up later as they show up on Netflix.

Shows on your list that I never followed as they aired and watch solely on Netflix, etc., as seasons finish:

• Downton Abbey (this will likely move to the "as it airs" list next season - I didn't get on board until after the 3rd season finished)
• How I Met Your Mother
• Supernatural

• American Horror Story (maybe - I'm not much of a horror fan, but it's getting such good word-of-mouth, and the cast is intriguing)
