Well, I have a few ideas. Might be a bit too late for Halloween Party (TV and Media characters in Halloween costumes), but how about I want my lawyer!, I'm History (historic figures played by actors in TV & Media) or The Casefiles of ... (policemen, PIs, spies, etc.).
