captcalhoun, scotpens, & Flying Spaghetti Monster.

I have a feeling scotpens will win in a landslide.

Well, really, its a gold-painted naked corpse of a woman...which is kind of icky.

:wtf:
Unless you’re into the necrophilia thing.

There’s a persistent myth that a doctor or nurse was present on the set to ensure that Shirley Eaton didn't suffer the same fate as her character -- dying from “skin suffocation.” There’s an even sillier myth that she did die! Ms. Eaton, of course, is alive and well to this day. And there’s no such thing as skin suffocation.

Further trivia about the “golden girl”: For the “gilding” process, Shirley was nude except for a g-string and two paper cones over her breasts. She was covered head to toe in a greasy, heavy skin lotion with faux-gold powder mixed into it, as no commercially available makeup or body paint looked satisfactory. In some publicity photos, it’s obvious that the gold stuff was getting all over everything she touched.

I would have volunteered to help her shower it all off.

Flying Spaghetti Monster (yay! The only James Bond I ever actually cared about! and a cool pic), Aragorn and Kirkman1987.

Looks like we're in a real race, here, scottpens. 'Course, I didn't make it easy on myself, as I voted for you...

ok folks, contest over. looks like scotpens won. the power is now yours!

Okay, how about one of these categories:

In the spirit of the season, Holiday Classics (took no effort at all to come up with that one).

Hollywood On Hollywood. Movies about the business of making movies.

Booze and Drug Movies. Movies whose story centers around the use and abuse of addictive substances. Can range from classic drama to schlock exploitation.

It's your contest. I like all of those ideas. Does that help?

I would propose we save "Holiday Classics" for Christmas week.
