I just came up with a different version of the blinking Kirk av. I may enter this travisty instead. :rommie:

Maybe this Kirk can get a job as a fry cook in a greasy spoon. As long as their aren't any fortune machines.

Different diner. There was a guy with three arms sitting at the counter, though. Ask him if he's got a light.

You could have some real fun choreographing the opening/closing between the three eyes, if file size wasn't a concern. Set it to Discipline-vintage Crimson, or something.
 
Those were different dinners, weren't they?

I loved King Crimson of that era, with Discipline and Three Of A Perfect Pair. Saw them live back then, with Fripp, Bill Bruford, Tony Levin and Andrean Belew. I can see/hear what you're saying. I wonder if T'Bonz would go for audio avs? :p
 
M'Sharak, in your honor I re-edited the middle portion of the av to 4/4 time. I hadn't thought about music before you brought it up and it bothered me that the av was in some kind of weird 4/3 time with an extra beat at the end of the third measure. Actually, that rhythm would be more like King Crimson. :D

Don't ask me why except that I was listening to music, but for some reason I started counting out in my head the av's original 4/3 edit with the extra beat. I hadn't done that before.

Although if you were going to repeat it over and over in a song, you'd probably go to six beats in the last measure, with the sixth beat silent. Still, I think we need music avs. Maybe I should bring it up over in QS&F. :evil:

There is a current contest pinned to the top of the forum. Vote there. That contest has a good beat and is easy to dance to.
