You're right I got 45 wrong, but I honestly thought 46 was R4-P17, I didn't realize Obi-Wan Kebobi had two droids named R4 in Revenge of the Sith, I had always presumed that the copperhead R4 in the latter half of the film was the same R4 from the beginning of the film with a new head.
