You missed it. The X Files ran from '93 to 2002. Babylon 5 ran from--what, 94? to 1999.

Ancient Times (sci films that have scenes or allusions in ancient earth, like Stargate)
Doesn't matter (superfluous characters)
Red (charcters that are predominently red, or recognizeable because of a red feature)

A general 90's SF/F theme...like there was an 70's & 80's one listed...and 60's I believe...but I didn't see 90's.
