I was wonderin' about that, too, but figured out that its from that episode that takes place in Bashir's head. That shot is when Garak was playin' raquetball or whatever on the Promenade.

 

Ahh, very nice. Did put some great images of dancing Cardassians in my head, though!

 

That's part of why I chose it. That, and he looks so happy! =D

^ Now this is hard!

After much deliberation, I vote for Entry Two. The Cardassian text at the bottom makes it look like a historical recording, as though future generations of Cardassians are shouting "Hell, yeah!" with us. So it wins because of that.

 

I to am voting for NG's avatar, just look at my avatar and username. Plus it is one of the finest moments in DS9 history, the birth of the Cardassian Revolution.
Plus like DN said it looks like an official poster or image of the world changing event that has been shown all over the Union and beyond as a symbol of Cardassian resistance and heroism.
