PorthosShyadow because it's the only time they ever showed us another room inside the Eccleston/Tennant TARDIS. (Although, how they ever got to it is a complete mystery to me.)
Gov Kodos because I believe people don't give enough credit to the eccentric-yet-mundane sections of the TARDIS interior in "The Invasion of Time."

^ I'd considered the one with 11 in 9/10's control room, but went a different direction.

I figured the Doc & Idris around the bodged together console might not be "in the TARDIS" enough.

^Yeah, that wasn't really "in." It was an open-air TARDIS really.

I'm also surprised no one did anything with the TARDIS inside itself in the Comic Relief special "Space"/"Time."
