Volunteers Required to make a website for a different purpose.

Hi everyone, is there anyone who would be interested in helping to make a website, sorry if this is cheeky to ask on here, but I want to create a website for a purpose (probably insane purpose) that I have in mind, I used to do website design 15 years ago using CSS but have not done anything since, can explain more if anyones interested, thank you in advance.

Without knowing anything of the idea is hard to know how to help you, or having the wish to do it.

I am a developer, i do know how to do modern sites today, if you are still around and want to share more info, let me know, but i can't promise any help of any kind if i don't know what do you need.
