Batman AA was great so i think it deserved the win.

I had a lot of fun with Arkham Asylum, but thought it was a bit overrated.

While I loved Arkham Asylum, I definitely think Uncharted 2 is a better game.

I think despite its flaws, MW2 would get my game of the year vote. I'd take Arkham Asylum over Uncharted 2 as well. Uncharted 2 was a lot of fun, but Batman had actual gameplay mechanics to master. Uncharted 2 had very standard shooter mechanics, truly dull platforming which required no skill or precision, on top of an admittedly entertaining story combined with top notch graphics and sound.
