I dropped into Dirt Cheap Books' Melbourne store (Elizabeth St), and stumbled across a table of Trek novels.
There were probably about 30 different books, including one of the Khan trilogy, at least two of the Crucible trilogy, some from String Theory, Before Dishonour, Myriad Universes and a really thick one which I can't recall.
They are all going for $8, which is a bit higher than the usual price for the store, but is still a saving of about 70% on the trade paperbacks, and 50% on the mass market ones.
Haven't tried the other stores, but normally they have the same books. Well worth a look if you happen to be in Melbourne, at least...
