The Resistance searches for John May. The star reporter is asked to come back to the mothership. Erica's son confronts her.

Above average.

I am more interested now than when it aired in Nov.

I enjoyed it. Shame it might be cancelled. Sucks they killed John May, would of liked to have him around.

^ I'm suspicious. The flashbacks are meant to establish Ryan's relationship with John May, but the most critical emotional moment--him killing May--goes unfilmed? Either they want to save that bit for a future episode, or they're setting up a twist.

Fictitiously yours, Trent Roman

I liked it but there was nothing really that 'wow'ed me. I am still watching it and would be sad to see it canceled. I am looking forward to see things heat up a bit and see the 5th Column and the resistance numbers grow a little more...

Gonna need more than four or five to handle the upcoming 'soldier' brood of Anna's. Plus there is a rather large fleet inbound if I recall

Vons

I noticed that STAR TREK THE NEXT GENERATION actor/director Jonathon Frakes was the director for both tonight's episode of "John May" and "Pound of Flesh" I was glad to see that are using his talents in V new series!!!

Excellent

Count me in as one of those who thinks John May is still alive. I liked seeing the guy who played Anders as John May. Also nice to see Nicholas Lea not play a slimy bad guy for once (at least, it seems like he's a good guy).

Could have done without the music accompanied flashbacks. Last week's episode was better. Still enjoying the show.

OMG, Alan Tudyk roofied Elizabeth Mitchell! Which by the way is why Tyler is so important.

That kid was not just ten years older in present time. An outbreak of soap opera rapid aging syndrome is always, always a bad sign.

The world needs to give thanks that the Goodwill didn't get John May's possessions.

Who would have thought whozis would discover the hidden safe in the closet at a time like this?:)

Count me among those who think John May is indeed likely still alive. Ryan is covering up for a reason...possibly.

Hope the show survives for a second season. Seems like they have a lot of pieces in place where if need be it could be wrapped up.

I meant to watch, but gave up before it returned. It just didn't grab me as a show to watch anymore.

But then I intended to watch Caprica also, and haven't watched a minute of it.

Only seen first two episodes buy I enjoyed it. Plenty of the spirit of the original and an interesting post 9-11 twist.

My one reservation is no Willy - yet! He was notable for his pacifist attitude and the friendly aliens so far all seem to be very violent in this version. Plus of course the most heart wrenching moment in the original show was when Harmony died. Willy was a great homage to agents like the French Resistance who used brains and not brawn. Any resitance group can't just fight its way to victory and agents like Willy are the backbone. I'll be sorry to see the show become totally testosterone fuelled.

omg the actor playing the son is awful! his "he's not my dad you lied!" bits were cringe inducing. Georgie's death was kinda meh too. The only sad scene that I thought really worked was Ryan comforting John May's kid during the funeral in the flashback. That worked b/c it was so understated.

I loved the crazy pop-out claws girlfriend. And Anna's spawning bit. Hope they show how the aliens raise all those soldier babies. Im gonna assume there's some rapid aging process involved.

Why does a man who knows he's about to die ask for a priest?

Compare your answer to V's.

This is keeping me interested.

Logan isn't a great actor, but he's a lot better than the kid Daniel from the original miniseries (or as my wife calls him, Mr. Tightpants).

I was pretty upset that John May was offed before we got to see him more than once, but as pointed out here we never really see him killed. John May is not dead.
