Finally, I’ve finished the USS Hades.
She isn’t perfect, but if I kept tweaking her forever, I’d never release it—so it’s time to let her go.

@1Wyrmshadow1 (Emil) was kind enough to send me his Bryce conversion of the Hades for the Mirrorverse, so I had to use the textures he made to slowly begin transforming my USS Hades into her Mirrorverse counterpart in 3ds Max.

Well, I have a short story in mind — an arc involving the Starfleet version of the Hades and her counterpart from the Mirrorverse. So I think they need to be a bit different from each other. Because of this, the Mirrorverse Hades now has a Romulan plasma launcher instead of the two forward torpedo launchers that her Starfleet counterpart has.
This version is nearly complete. I just need to add a few more textures, and then she’ll be ready to go.

I thought, “Why not?” So I slowly began transforming my USS Hades into her Mirrorverse counterpart in 3ds Max. The textures were provided by 1Wyrmshadow1, but I modified them along the way.
Differences between the two versions:
STARFLEET – two torpedo launchers at the front of the saucer.
TERRAN EMPIRE – a Romulan plasma weapon at the front of the saucer, and two additional sensors on top of the nacelles.It’s also equipped with a Romulan cloaking device.
Well, the time has come. I’m a bit late for Christmas, but here is my gift to the community anyway. Please pay attention to the included readme file.
MAX 2016, OBJ, and FBX files are available.
If you do any conversions, please share them with the community. And if you create any renderings or animations, feel free to post them here — I’d love to see them.
