I created this ship after being inspired by the building that was built in China by a billionaire CEO.

Here is a size Comp, before you ask the big window sections are several decks high, they are promenade sections with gardens, restaurants, recreational parks, living quarters, ect. The large windows above the upper promenade deck is the officers recreational decks, living quarters, ect. The ship is 2 and a half sizes larger than a standard Galaxy Class, it has a capacity of 3000 crew/civilians.

Impressive. For its size it doesn't appear to have any redundant back up systems i.e. the galaxy class could separate. I hope those promenade windows are made out of transparent ablative armour
