Me too (well Mere Mortals) although I ordered it from the local indie book shop and when I asked the bloke behind the counter if he could get it a bit sooner than the 1st December, he said he try and see what he could do.
If the same holds true for Mere Mortals that did for Gods of Night, then it should. Gods of Night has a publish date of 3rd November on Amazon UK, but I got my hands on it 2 or 3 weeks ago now.
Ah cool, I actually got Gods of Night off the Book Depositary but I havn't seen it on there yet so I'll just have to wait a little while longer for it to be released over this side of the pond!
