Waiting for the library to get Collision Course, and will be picking up Before Dishonor!

Same here. Just placed a reserve on Collision Course.

I'm #1 on the reserve list at my library. :D

If they put the Shatner books in paperback I'd buy them. But as it is now the library will have to do. Cause the money is better spent on The Sky's The Limit or even Star Trek Manga!
;)

I've got Q & A and I will probably be getting The Sky's The Limit eventually.

I can't wait to read the new Shatnerverse novel.

Continuity with the new movie be damned! :-)

I've read one Shitnerverse novel and I marvelled at Shitner's inability to let his character die.

I'm sorry, but Kirk should have stayed dead on Veridian III and not pulled into the affairs of the twenty-fourth century. I have no problem with the writing talents of the Reeves-Stevenses, but I think those talents could be put to far better use.

Like coming up with good ideas for the Enterprise relaunch for example.

Back on topic: I'll be buying all the post-Nemesis books when they come out on Amazon UK and leave the others for later - but they will all end up on my bookshelf at some stage.

Quick question. The "Sea of Troubles" page says the book is available for purchase on October 1, but I can't find it anywhere. Is it possible the page is lying or am I just incompetent (or some mixture thereof)?

^ That 1 October date was a hope rather than a promise.

It should be available any day now...

Oooooo, now I just need to try to conivince my mom, aka the one in charge of the $$, to let me buy it.

Somehow I'm not shocked. I hope it's out before Wednesday, I need something to get me through my Irish History class.

Sadly, 3 days doesn't seem to qualify as "any day now," especially on a weekend. :(

Thankfully, I'm supposed to be alerted when it's available, so I don't have to keep checking the site. :D

Just thought I'd let everyone know there is now an excerpt from Before Dishonor up on Star Trek.com.

Jellico is still an ass and Picard is going to ignore him...like everyone else does.

Will he ever get the hint?
