Wohoo, Fearful Symmetry is finally coming out! I just hope it's worth the wait.

So I guess when Walking Wounded shows up, we should all just lie down with paper bags on our heads.

Fictitiously yours, Trent Roman

And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,[...] And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth. And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter. And its title was The God Thing. (Revelations 10)

Want all of these, but so far behind on reading, will have to wait for a while.

Then there's that other problem.

*checks bank account*

We'll see... :techman:

As much as I want to read FS the moment I get it, I'm thinking I might acutally wait to read it untill after I've finished my reread of the DS9R from Mission Gamma on. Although I will probably buy it the first day it's available in my area, just so I know I have it.

I did well this week. In March I got the first Terok Nor book, and then on Tuesday this week I got Book 2 and now today I got Book 3, as well as New Frontier Comic 3.

^ I hear you. I'm still reading Warpath (for the first time, even though I bought it back in '06), and I have the Terok Nor trilogy sitting on my shelf waiting to be read after that.

I know two books I'm going to buy in July and I'm going to have a lot of time to read them with a long train trip.

I just picked up 'These Haunted Seas'. The sales associate at the book store was (unsuccessfully) looking for copies of Constellations. New copies had just arrived, so she had to go looking through crates to find it. She couldn't find Constellations, but one of the boxes happened to have 'These Haunted Seas' in it, so I asked her if I could grab it, and snagged it right away. I think my copy is the first one sold in Toronto. I've been bookstore hopping today, and it wasn't on the shelfs anywhere. No new introduction like in Twist of Faith... which made me sad, but other then the first omnibus, I don't own any of the DS9-r books, so I'm happy to be getting them now.

No Fearful Symmetry yet... :(

These Haunted Seas was a June book; Fearful Symmetry is a July book.

Oh, I know. It's just... unpredictable when a month's given books will come in. All the Terok Nor books were half a month before their posted month... These Haunted Seas came out a week and a bit into its posted month. I've been waiting for Fearful Symmetry for... I don't know how long exactly, but it feels like years. Now that we're down to the last bit of time left, I'll probably be checking the stores at least twice a week until it finally arrives.

Besides, I want to pick up Constellations and The Sky's the Limit ASAP, and I've got an order of Drowned in Thunder coming in to the store at some point soon, so I'll have reason to be there anyway.
