Who provided the off-camera voice for the Hangar Deck control officer in the teaser of "Journey to Babel". (The "clear Hangar Deck" command heard as the shuttlecraft carrying Sarek and Amanda touches down aboard the Enterprise)

Just sampled (thanks Netflix!) Starting about :50 into the episode-

Unseen deck officer doesn't sound like one of James Doohan's many (uncredited) voices.

Perhaps it's Bart LaRue?

But, now you've called my attention to the fact that the 2007 remastered shuttle bay doesn't at all match what is seen behind the Galieo as we cut back to the '67 footage. I want a remaster of the remaster!

I went and rewatched that scene as well. They really should have had the shuttlebay doors behind the shuttlecraft. The distance that the honor guard spans between the shuttlecraft and the door is too far. The only place that door and it's connecting corridor could be is the forward bulkhead of the shuttlebay.
I'm clueless on the voice.
