Ummm..chef Sisko?

What one of the many dishes Sisko would you like to have him make for you? I am not in to shrimp, but a Chicken/sausage Gumbo/jambalya would sound good right about now!!!

The Jambalaya would be my first choice, but I'm also curious about that aubergine stew... despite it looking a little brown (it is eggplant afterall).
