UK mem, bers: Anyone watching "Eternal Law"?

Anyone watching this show on ITV? The concept sounds a bit silly to me, but I heard some key people from "Life on Mars" and "Ashes to Ashes" are involved, and that alone is sufficiently intriguing enough to get my interest. But I'd like some feedback from someone who has actually seen it. Is it any good?

I watched the first 2 episodes before I gave up. It seemed it could have had potential but it was very poorly done, at least in those 2 episodes I saw.

Totally loved it. The setting helped, having lived in York for 3 years, it really grabbed me. Some of the plots were a bit weak, but they were saved by the acting and the characters.
Please let there be a second series now the Doomsday Clock has restarted. :techman:

Same here, but I flaked by the end of the first episode. I actually wanted to change channels after 10 minutes, but forced myself to watch it through in the hope of improvement. Ineffably dull. :(

Haven't seen number 6 yet.

It's on my queue.

But I concurr.

It's boring.

Well made, well cast, but lacking any teeth.

The fallen Angel played by Brutus from Rome borders on being wonderful, but he's more of a prick than a sonofabitch.
