As soon as Kill Bill, Volume 3 looked like it was happening, I knew his Star Trek movie wouldn't. I'll be honest, though I would've gotten a kick out of Tarantino Trek, I'm looking more forward to the next Kill Bill.

I hope when they say they want to do two new Star Trek movies, they mean they're breaking up an epic Star Trek movie in half. Probably not. The other one probably actually was intended to be the Quentin Tarantino film. Ooops!

Tarantino decided he'd rather do Star Wars Episode X instead.

Tarantino is way too talented for this kind of thing. It's amazing that he was interested, but...

I'd say the TREK convoy just took a well-deserved hit. Is that why we got Abrams?

Would love to see Tarantino do a feature film remake of DS9- it lends itself better to his style of filmmaking than any other Trek.

DS9 was far too conventional and timid to be interesting in this respect.

I dunno about a Tarantino remake of all of DS9. But I could see an amazing Tarantino take on some of the Ferengi episodes. Little Green Men or The Magnificent Ferengi would be pretty incredible done by him.
