Glad to see ABC's comedies doing well. I really hope next season they have two full nights of comedies. Comedies are big right now.

That's why I'm shocked that NBC has kept all those underperforming Thursday comedies for so long. You'd think they'd want to try somehting else. They've just buried that night and can't get it back.

Are we watching the same thing?

NBC has NOTHING to replace it. They need to cancel every single show on the network, but they obviously can't have that. The only drama shows in recent years to make it past a second season are Parenthood, Heroes and Chuck. They have nothing to replace what they have.

NBC's plan to capture a young sophisticated audience has failed...they should have picked up Wonder Woman.

Both Community and Parks & Rec (and early seasons of The office) are critically acclaimed. I think that have something to do with it. NBC need that publicity and even if the ratings stinks, it will hurt them more to cancel the shows than continue with below average ratings.
Also, I think they holding out until 30 Rock comes back to make a decision, maybe they're hoping that 30R will boost the ratings somehow.

And as bigdaddy wrote, they have nothing really to replace it with, i mean..Outsorced? Whitney? Come on.

Well you touched on something I wrote in another thread. At some point, for both ABC and NBC, they've got to run out of stuff to plug into the cancelled shows' slots.

Person of Interest went up in the finals to 12.043 million viewers and a 2.8/7 in the demo. Nice increase from the week before.

Am glad, enjoying this show + the retention from 8:30 is good. CBS needs to realise the days of CSI numbers back in the day are over.
