Those are pretty bad ratings actually. Those shows used to be on Fridays and got much better ratings.

BSG ratings were falling before the brief move to Sundays

Syfy wanted the summer schedule to continue in the fall. It doesn't work with Glee and NCIS. Those ratings are almost like Showtime comedy ratings. Really horrid.

Caprica was dead long before it began to air the final 10 episodes of season one. Stargate Universe is now all but dead due to the move and theres no chance of it going back to friday nights because of fucking WWE Smackdown . The only hope could be the 10pm slot after Smackdown but that has been given to Sanctuary at the moment.

Dammit, Caprica's return episode showed that all the stories are really starting to gel. There's an interconnectedness as the tragedy of humanity plays out in slow motion. It's a good show.

They should of never broken up the original friday night, all the problems can be pinpointed back to that choice. BSG and Stargate made SYFY a much bigger network, allowing it to expand and have the budget and guts to create its most succesful shows today and this is how they get rewarded...

They should of never brought Smackdown and friday nights should be SGU/Caprica/Sanctuary starting in July and ending in December. SGU and Caprica runs should of been matched so Caprica didn't have the massive gap inbetween a single fucking season.
