Round-up...

Well first thing is that it's pretty clear that the demo was the reason that SHARK was canned but at the end of the day this would not of happen if CBS had not moved it. Another canned show ABC's WMC was doing decent work on friday nights and if left there it would of been worthy of a 2ns season IMO.

As for According to Jim, I don't care what deal ABC has that makes them money cause those ratings are awful so at least put it on friday nights when it returns next year. Another show coming back is Reaper but from the look of it no one either heard news or doesn't care and I think the show will be canned next season.

L&O will of course return next season but as for the rest of that night, NBC thats almost offensive having such a poor lineup. Also despite CW saying Beauty and the Geek is on a hiatus, its safe to assume that was the series finale because the CW will probably go bust soon.

Actually, Reaper wasn't preempted in any major markets. The good news? It rose to 2.08 million in the final ratings for last night. The bad news?

It rose to 2.08 million in the final ratings for last night. :wtf: Post strike, the CW is down all over the place. The only reason that GG and One Tree Hill had "better than average" performances in the 2.5 and 2.6 million range last night is that American Gladiators aired on NBC instead of the regular, more heavy hitters. Gladiators only scored 4.92 million viewers itself.

Everything on CW is down. Even Smallville (how does that crappy show retain any viewership?) is under 4 million post strike. It got closer to 3 million than 4 million 2 weeks ago. Reaper's got a 13 episode order for next season. It'll start at midseason like One Tree Hill did this year. At least it's renewed.

Reaper is never going to get a Fast National score of 1.99 million when they have a sports preemption. That actually shows an increase (almost always) in Fast Nationals. Its final numbers that will suffer in a sports preemption as those viewers are only taken out of the ratings in with the final numbers.
