Why the hell was Bones new? Stupid Fox.

And because it was renewed we can all laugh at the Fringe repeat numbers.

Bones does not need Idol to survive and clearly Idol fans don't care about Bones. No doubt Bones will be moved to a new night next season to lead in for the spinoff whose main character will appear in 2 weeks on the parent show. I expect Terra Nova to get the post X Factor/Idol slot since its costing a bomb to make.

Chaos :guffaw:is FUCKED and probably will be pulled before the next airing. CBS should keep CSI:NY for one final season before giving the slot to the original CSI as the entire franchise begins to wind down. Infact CBS should keep all the CSI shows for next season IMO though I could see reduced slightly reduced orders for Miami & NY.

I suppose, but has a show ever really been cancelled based upon the ratings for its reruns? I fail to see why anyone cares, really. I suppose of a rerun outscored a new episode of the same series, or hit No. 1 or something, then, yeah, OK. But even if the show's future was up on the air, no one cares about reruns.

Doesn't really matter, but a small moral victory in my mind for The Defenders. Because as bad as their ratings were, they weren't this bad.

Figures, CBS finally airs a decent show (Chaos is the second best show that's debuted this season, after The Walking Dead) but they bungle the timeslot and give it no promotion, so of course it's doomed.

My hunch is that CBS was scared of the too-pointed satire. Doesn't fit into the bland, safe, politically inoffensive CBS style.

They promoted the hell out of Chaos. You admit you don't even watch CBS, so how would you know? They aired short promos that said "Chaos is coming" for about two months, and then aired several commercials in the two weeks leading up to the episode.

Seeing results like this plus knowing how Mad Love was dead on arrival give me hope, if false, that $#*! My Dad Says may find a way to survive.

Since pulling $#*! none of these 3 shows has done any better. Either in it's slot or as a new show itself. Mad Love has actually done worse than Rules did in the Monday slot and Rules, at best, held the same as $#*! but lately seems to be doing worse. The only 2.6 I recall was the finale.

Perhaps they will not see a Pilot they like better and coupled with how these 3 have done elect to renew $#*! if even for 13 episodes.

I actually think RoE can survive for one final season because being a CBS owned show in some part, I feel they will keep it around for a short 10-13 season to burn off as back up or near the end of the season...More episodes towards other revenue so CBS would make money off it even if it holds the current ratings.

Wait till you see the ratings of CBS sitcoms this monday, the night outside ABC were just horrible ;)
