More To Come Later...

Also we have the 1st victim of the season with Fox yanked ailing comedy "Do Not Disturb" off the air after its third episode, replacing it next week with an additional episode of "'Til Death" to fill the 9 p.m. hour.

lol ok I get why DnD was yanked, but why is TilDeath still on air?

I agree with what they said over on Media Week...If anyone has compromising pictures of Rupert Murdoch, it has to the Til Death producers

Grey’s Anatomy, Survivor and The Office

Honorable Mention...
Ugly Betty

Solid Numbers...
Smallville & Supernatural

Losers...
My Name is Earl, ER and Kitchen Nightmares

Round Up...

ABC carry on there impressive start to the season by winning another night this week though soon as CSI returns then CBS will rule again thursday nights in viewers & demo. Ugly Betty scored a solid number though the show could be in trouble if it has a slide like that season though I expect ABC to keep this show around till its past 100 episodes. Greys is the king until CSI returns at least but while I don't think the show is total crap, I refuse to accept its worth 18 million viewers for most weeks.

Survivor was down from one year ago on CBS but is still a powerhouse for the network and like I said earlier CSI will be back soon and will score the viewers win from Greys like normal but will combine with Survivor to let CBS, rule Thursday night.

NBC so called come back year is just not happening though The Office carries on to be a wonderful and weird performer. The viewers nunber are good but not smash hit stuff however its demo numbers are amazing and easily puts it in the winners list for this week. ER is dying a horrible death but at least the pain is over for it after May 2009 though My Name Is Earl could find itself joining ER if numbers don't perk up.

FOX tumble carries on with Kitchen Nightmare proving without a strong lead in, the show is a total dud. However CW's season carries on to improve with a lot of older shows scoring decent to solid numbers and Smallville proves that CW were right to keep it despite what may happen to the quality of the show and has a good partner in Supernatural.

Smallville is down (year to year) 20% versus last year (though that was the season premeire last year). Down 10% versus 2nd episodes of the season.

Supernatural didn't air (year to year, it was a rerun of Reaper) but this rating is better then all but two fast national results (and both of those were inflated with sports preemptions) from last season.

So far only the Office and Supernatural have had growth from the previous year.

Could someone explain the demographic numbers real quick? I used to understand but now it looks like gibberish to me.

I am sorry but Kitchen Nightmares is a greta show which had the misfourtune this week to run new back to back episodes against a 2 hour surivor. Kitchen Nightmares UK was great and lasted a while. Kitchen Nightmares US is also great. Let alone Gordon Ramseys other sshows such as Hells Kitchen US and F-Word UK.

Yes I did watch Survivor over Kitchen Nightmares.

Grey's Anatomy just goes from strength to strength. If CSI can pull in 18m viewers then I don't have a problem with Grey's doing the same.

^ Thanks. And hey, I don't seem to get tired of it either. Everytime I notice it, for a split second my mind thinks man that's a hot avatar. ;)

By killing off Dr. Pratt in the ER opener, the producers have given many remaining fans a good reason to check out now. I'm willing to stick it out until the final episode, but it won't surprise me if ER loses another million viewers by the next episode.
