I'll merge the two threads since I didn't post Monday yesterday, I was away from PC most of day due to turning 23 years young :p. However first some news that some might say is good and some might say is bad...

TV By The Numbers report that HEROES is dead...

For weeks, even in the face of Heroes‘ bottom-dwelling ratings, conventional wisdom among TV-industry insiders has been that NBC was leaning heavily toward bringing back its once-mighty superhero series for a fifth and final thirteen-episode wrap-up season. But as NBC has become more confident in its slate of new shows, all indications are that our Heroes are dead.

However there could be a 2 hour TV Movie to wrap up everything.

TUESDAY Number later.

NBC is really in trouble. All they have is L&O, Chuck, Parenthood, Trauma (which has already been canceled a few times) and mERcy. They need a lot of new dramas because I was watching Parenthood and it's not bad, but no one will watch it because the only ads are on NBC and no one watches the channel. They need to completely redo the network and right now. I actually think they are in worst shape than CW just because everyone knew CW would suck as soon as it was announced.

A belated happy birthday, Jax.

It is being reported that Fox also picked up Human Target and Lie to Me for new 13 episodes seasons.

I don't understand Fox at all. They showed a rerun on Lie to Me a couple weeks back. Why not just show a new show? The rest of season 2 is supposed to start in June, if the show is to return just hold the episodes until August and start the season earlier, or show them now and act like it's not canceled and being burned off in the summer.

Indeed reports say FOX has picked up Human Target and Lie To Me for 13 episodes next fall, which is a big mistake in my opinion. Also NBC looks to have given Chuck at least 13 more episodes to stay alive. ABC has also pulled Happy Town off its lineup = Canning.
