As I understand it, hitting 100 episodes is no longer the magic number for syndication, so that won't really effect selling the syndi package. I also predict the cast being reduced next season to save on costs. And I bet you dollars to donuts Peter will be one of the ones to bite it. Remember that gossip going around a few weeks ago, that since Hayden broke up with much-older Milo she's gone diva-queen and refuses to be on set at the same time as him? Who are they gonna drop, Claire Bear or EmoPeter? I think it'll be Peter!

If they want to save show drop Claire, shes brings down the show because they come up with crap olots just to give her something to do. Lets face it, her power is boring and does nothing anymore for the plot and the fans want good plot NOT good looks so get RID OF HER.

Eh, I doubt Hollywood has run out of good looking blondes. Just find a replacement - how hard can it be? Talent is apparently not a requirement, which makes it all the easier.

One reason for Claire's continued existence is that she can be the teenager who uses the techy doohickeys that are necessary for product placements. I'm not even sure what she's using - Sprint? Apple? Whoever it is wants a young'un using the tech so that other kids will think it's cool.

Which is why Micah could step into that role in lieu of Claire. He's a 14 year old wunderkind but not obnoxious or uncool - perfect! Apple will love him. Claire's getting dangerously close to non-teenagerdom anyway. Ditch the hag!

If Micah hadn't reappeared, I'd be more inclined to agree. Get a fresh blonde hottie, upgrade Micah to regular status and keep Pete. Guys will drool over any hot blonde girl but there's no way to maintain Petrellicest without Milo and Adrian. Us girls are a lot fussier.
