Well, I watched House and then turned off the TV, because I have absolutely no interest in watching anything as ludicrous and torture-happy as 24.

Personally I'll never understand the expectation that people who watch one show will then watch the show after it just because it's on the same channel. When my show is over, I either change the channel to the next show I'm interested in or turn off the set.

I admit it I'm one of the ones that turned off 24. I'm sorry I just can't get into it.

We love House, but don't watch 24, hence the 'bad news' at the top doesn't bother me in the slightest. Of course, had it been 'Laurie to leave House' then I'd have been gutted!

We've not watched House this season yet, we've stockpiled the first 13 episodes to watch all in one go (or maybe two!). Decided to make a start last night but first replayed the 2-part season 4 finale. Wow, I'd forgotten how great that was! If anyone disputes House's position as one of the best shows on television, they only need to watch that finale. Awesome!

Number 1 for me but thats because BL is finished, also those two in same order for my most favourite show of all time. The way Dexter is going it could beat House soon, dam don't you just love it when you find great TV
