--------------------------------------------------

DWTS returns in style and helped ABC dance its way to victory though numbers will probably come down in the next few weeks. Castle will drop in the final but should remain above 3 in the demo and its so nice to see you don't have to be a CBS serious crime show to succed at 10pm.

CBS will rebound next week but still Mike & Molly is nothing more than a proped up show at the moment which needs a lead in. Next season I expect TBBT to get the 9pm spot and don't rule out RoE getting a short season in the post HIMYM slot since its part owned by CBS and they mgiht want to add a few more episodes onto the 74 for sydnication + DVD.

Any hope for The Chicago Code has gone and I can't help but feel the show was never right for FOX and probably would of found an audience on ABC or CBS. Still no news about House season 8 because of ongoing talks with FOX & Universal but some form of a final 8th season will emerge.

NBC mondays has flatlined all the way and there should be no return for Chuck, even by NBC standards. The Event was DEAD before it came back and while I expect Harry’s Law to get at least a short pickup, it probably won't be on Mondays again after May.

CW has a new boss with Dawn air head Ostroff leaving and Mark Pedowitz would be wise to abandon the 18-34 female demo and rebrand the network. However Dawn is still working on CW 2011-2012 lineup so any changes by Mark Pedowitz will probably have to wait another year...

90120 and Gossip Girl probably won't see anymore life after next season.

I really think CBS is going to be splitting hairs. Mike & Molly is not pulling in that great a numbers. Just marginally good enough. ROE isn't doing any better than $#*!, nearly the same, but was doing better on Monday than Mad Love.

How does the likely return of Sheen to 2.5 Men affect the possible cancel/renew/pilot pickup situation at CBS I wonder? He's going to get more $$$ to return so those funds for something else are likely to suffer I'd think.

They should've left all well enough alone and focused on getting ROE and $#*!'s demo/viewers just a bit higher. Mad Love was dead on arrival. Be that through stunt shows or mixing in new cast, which is what it seems $#*! would be doing should it get a second season based on their finale.

That is incredibly stupid!

I'm hoping CW would pick up Fringe, it would work well with Supernatural.

Chicago Code demo is the same, but it should have been on FX. Awesome show.

Southland has been renewed by TNT for a 4th season of 10 episodes.
