News on Leno and the Winter Games...

Jay Leno dominated with a 5.4/14, the best overnight performance for The Tonight Show since Conan O’Brien stepped in on June 1, 2009. CBS’ The Late Show With David Letterman trailed with a 3.0/ 8, while ABC’s combination of Nightline (3.4/8) and Jimmy Kimmel Live (2.1/6)

The Winter Olympics Closing Ceremony 18-49 rating was up a whopping 47% from 2006 in Torino

Speaking of How I Met Your Mother, does anyone know when they'll finally show the Mother? I thought I read it would happen in February but that obviously didn't happen.

They did.. It was her ankle. (She is white BTW). I think they need to show the mother and move on to the whole courtship and the ups and downs people go through before they marry the one.

Yeah honestly that show has run that particular situation into the ground and IMHO are very close to the proverbial "shark jumping." I said some time ago that the show would be unwatchable without Barney and each week that passes doesn't make me change my mind. But Barney himself seems to be getting more and more over the top to a point where even he won't be enough to save it.
