Terra Nova is holding up well and would be a good bet for renewal if it had an average budget, but of course it has a bigger than average budget and its renewal chances will likely depend on whether a second season can be made at reduced cost.

The top three freshman drama shows in the demo so far this season are:

1. Terra Nova (average demo rating of 2.85)
2. Person of Interest (average demo rating of 2.8)
3. Revenge (average demo rating of 2.77)

Terra Nova shouldn't cost that much, there are never any dinos on the fucking show.

Pam Am is dead. Too bad, it's actually rather good, and I was hoping we would at least make it to Kennedy's death.

I wonder come Spring how low "The Good Wife" will fall in the demo, its always been on the edge and the sunday move has done very little to help it despite airing in the 9pm slot, to which the show is not suited for. Pan Am is no doubt dead and probably will be pulled before the end of the year. The Walking Dead has broke its own records from last year and is the most viewed basic cable show in history. TWD took a bite out of BW & Dexter but both are safe anyway. Homeland saw a slight bump and beat HBO's "Hung" so at the moment I see a season 2 on the cards.

As for Terra Nova on FOX, I expect the ratings to fall further before its finale = cancellation.

How to Be a Gentleman has been pulled from CBS's schedule altogether after one airing on Saturday.

The demo ratings for the respective fourth airings of this season's freshman drama shows to date:

2.8 - Person of Interest (CBS) and Terra Nova (Fox)
2.7 - Revenge (ABC)
2.3 - Unforgettable (CBS)
1.8 - Pan Am (ABC)
1.3 - Charlie's Angels (ABC, cancelled) and Prime Suspect (NBC)
1.2 - A Gifted Man (CBS)
0.8 - The Secret Circle (CW)
0.6 - Hart of Dixie (CW) and Ringer (CW)

Ringer went up to 0.7 with its fifth episode and the fast nationals for its sixth episode is a 0.8. The fast nationals for the fifth episode of Unforgettable is a 2.5.

God, I am so sick of shows set in the 60s that think they "have" to do a Kennedy death episode. It's become a cliche.

Have you watched the show? One of the characters loves JFK.

And how can a show set a few months before JFK's death ignore it?

They've already foreshadowed things with the characters discussing whether or not they'd vote for JFK in '64. And how did I know the co-pilot was a Nixon voter? :D

How many shows set in the 60s have done a show with say Kennedy's speech in the Berlin? Whether g-man likes it or not - Kennedy was a big thing in the early 60s with a strong youuth appeal and when you've got characters in their 20s at the same why wouldn't there be some references?
