There has been quite a lot of repeats across the board lately so combine people maybe not knowing about new episodes and spring is here then you get the low ratings we saw for...

House (got to be lowest since season 1)

HIMYM + RoE (got to be series low)

However as for CSI: Miami, I think theres a bigger underlying problem here for the franchise. All 3 CSI shows have experience a bad month though CSI (Vegas) seems to have bounced back but NY and Miami have not...

CSI NY is struggling to stay afloat over 10 million viewers and Miami is dropping too. Lets face it if the shows didn't carry the name CSI, both would be in trouble for a network like CBS which has cancelled 10 million shows before.
