To help the climate change I'm recycling a theme from 2016.

This contest will celebrate the awful products of made for TV limited animation from the late 20th and early 21st centuries. Cheaply produced cartoons from Hannah Barbera like The Smurfs and even worse ones from lower tiered production companies like Filmation.

To be honest, I'm having a really difficult time figuring out what cartoons were actually "cheap" vs. just stylized a certain way, or whatever. So I've basically just looked up some cartoons from the timeframe you specified, and tried to pick ones with more simplified animation styles, and hoped for the best. If any of them don't qualify, let me know.
