In the season 1 episode where Torres, Carey and Seska plan to get their hands on a piece of alien technology to get them home, Seska mentions a brother whose birthday is soon. Then in DS9 season 7, when Kira is on Cardassia, one of the underground soldiers is called Seskal. Could this be Seska's brother? And could she have changed her name to be more Bajoran-sounding?

There's every likely hood that Seska is not Seska's real name.

I assumed that Sekal was her father.

i don't remember any siblings on the camping trip in progeny.

Giving her a half Klingon sibling makes all his inner hatred silly if the brothers okay with everything that makes her bitter. Though the the brother might be a halfbrother meaning that he is half goodness knows what or a full blooded either or, becuase lets face it the mommy did ditch the daddy perhaps 20 years, they could have found all sorts of homes for their genitals.

Um, I'm not sure what you're talking about Guy, since he was talking about Seska's brother, not Torres'.

But I wouldn't put it past the expanded universe to make that connection between Seska and Seskal.

That's what I was kinda thinking Admiral Shran, and might be something I'm considering for a project that I've started work on. Just wanted to see if anyone had any information on Seska and Seskal.
