From z2i -

Sookie has a sense of foreboding; Pam breaks up a fight at Fangtasia; Lafayette visits Ruby Jean; Terry blames a curse for his troubles; Alcide challenges J.D.; Sam offers to help Andy; Roman reveals his plans for Russell.

So are we actually going to see Russell now?

This was so much better than usual. And Russell is getting rid of characters, starting with the newest series regular. So much for Meloni getting his kit off again, but the more characters we kill off, the better.

So, now it was vampires who killed Sookie and Jason's parents? Not sure I believe it, given the source of this information.

Claudina? Clauderella? Claudecouldntcomeupwithanothe there are now like 20 sisters instead of the straight up triplets?

Where are they going with this Hoyt thing? He's over her. She's over him (only neither really is), so the way to win her back is to dress like a goth / fangbanger and hang around with the vamps, sticking her face in it? This should end well.

"Yes we can" ... that was funny, loved the presidential masks.

Possibly liking the granny wolf. She may have potential. We'll see.

Well, I have to say I didn't see that ending coming. Now, if they will just sort out at least a half dozen more cast members without replacing them with new ones, I'll be happy.

I'm also liking Granny Wolf. She may be a bitch, but she's just trying to do the right thing.

I'm thinking they're doing the Alcide - packmaster story from the books by usng this loutish fellow as his foil instead of his Dad like they did in the books. Let's just make short order of that and get on with the rest of the story.

I am thinking they are intentionally doing several plots with several types of supes now to help the viewers see things from Sookie's POV. Let's face it, she's involved with all of these plots on some level, some more than others, and her life sucks. She wants a return to straightforward, normal life. We, on some level, do as well. So, this disconnected atmosphere the show is projecting in its storytelling is reallly, IMO, intentional. At least, I hope so - the writers couldn't be dumb enough to just be sitting in a bunch of boxes and throwing their segments together and telling the directors to make sense of it.

"You recoiled from me?"

How sad the writers clued her in so quickly on what Eric did. And how sad they undid it.

Last week was better, but this episode is also pretty good (by TB standards anyway). Are there any new writers on this show or the regular bunch just understood what people thought about the previous two seasons?

I wonder how Terry will get rid of the Balrog that chases him and his friend.

They should wait until the last episode and have Russell doused in gasoline or something and they run towards him...
