Tonight is the next-to-last episode of the first season. Things will be coming to a head, and we're almost assured of seeing more of Jason being nekkid.

From Zap2It.com:

"Sookie and Sam investigate her most recent vision; Jason helps clean up Amy's mess; Tara becomes angry with Lettie Mae; Lafayette visits a senator."

Vision? vision? wtf? She doesn't HAVE visions! She's a telepath, not a psychic! :P

Well, she doesn't understand what she's seen, but it was a thought/image she read from the killer that was chasing her in Merlotte's last week during the engagement party ;)

Looking foward to seeing this one! :techman:

Oh my, lots of stuff going on here. Tara's "missing" only to be found and supposedly helped by MaryAnne. This will not go well, considering what MaryAnne is.

Bill's made a new vamp, and she is a wild child. She is what Amy would have been if she'd been turned. But Amy can't be turned now, she's dead. Dead, in Jason's bed. With Jason right next to her.

Sam and Sookie kiss and suddenly Bill goes postal, and his invite into Sookie's house gets rescinded. Of course that means if she's in trouble in the house, he can't help her.

Sookie's getting visions now? wtf? This is completely out of nowhere, and contradicts the earlier outburst "I'm not a psychic!" ... Now the audience might know who the killer is, but they've been pointing at others this whole time, including Jason and Sam, who are both innocent (if a lot stupid, in Jason's case). We'll see what happens next week.

One episode to go.

I don't know what MaryAnne is, but if someone sounds too good to be true, they probably are.

Poor Amy, she was so functionally psychotic.

Bill's sired vamp is as annoying as shit, kinda undermines the grimness of the previous episode. Vamps on this show go from being monsters to jokes and back and forth a bit.

The Lafayette subplot was shrug worthy.

I'd have to rate this one 3 stars.

I so wanted to slap her! Oh Vampire politics...like when he staked one of his own to save your ass! The flower pot over his head was kinda funny though

She told Bill in the second episode that she hears thoughts and sometimes just sees images in people's minds (like the lady that wanted to smash the beer bottle over her husband's head)

When the killer was chasing her in Merlotte's, she saw the image of Cindy dying. Therefore, whoever killed Cindy, is also the killer that was after Sookie.

One episode to go.
