Keeping in mind that some of these children aren't real...

Crusher's child is obviously Wesley. O'Brien's are Molly and Kirayoshi. Worf's son is Alexander. Troi's child was Ian Andrew, from The Child. Data's offspring was Lal.

Now it gets tricky. Riker's fictional child from Future Imperfect was Jean-Luc (or Barash, if you will), and his other kid would be...? Sorry, no clue there.

Jean-Luc had some kids in The Inner Light, Batai and Meribor are the only ones I can remember. Then there's Jason Vigo as the imposter child in Bloodlines. As well as the imaginary ones in Generations, but I don't think any of them were actually given names. Would we count Shinzon?

EDIT: Oh, I just remembered, didn't Picard pretend to be Riker's son in Rascals?

I'd consider Shinzon to be a brother, if anything.

But you're spot-on with everything else. Picard's five kids in Generations did have names, I presume they were given in the credits.

And yeah, I included Jean-Luc from Rascals.
