Greetings! I guess this goes here...I'm not sure where else to put it. A long time ago when people were trying to save Enterprise, I joined that other message board to help with their attempts, which of course were always in vain. I hadn't been there in a very long time, and this morning I went back just to scroll through some of our futile attempts to save the show. I was very surprised to see they completely deleted everything and started the site from scratch. I have no need to rejoin as it's basically a copy of this site now, but it's still sad to see all that history erased.
There was one element from that site that always put a smile on my face. One of the users had a avatar that was a tiny Captain America head, and he would always start his posts with, "Greetings!" It made me smile thinking about this profound salutation coming out of the little mouth of that little guy. I guess that's the best I can explain it. I have borrowed his tradition--as you can see at the beginning of this post--and have been doing it for many years. Does anyone know what I'm talking about or know if he's here on this site? I was looking forward to seeing one of his old posts this morning, and disappointed they are all gone!
