trek's best PR

The Big Bang Theory is, I think, Paramount and CBS's ace in the the hole, concerning all things STAR TREK and STAR TREK XI. Last night's episode included a very funny scene where sheldon came into possession of a napkin used by Leonard Nimoy...and then, on the bottom of the screen, was a graphic telling viewers how to get Star Trek items at Startrek.com....

If you don't watch the BIG BANG THEORY, you should...it is a great comedy aimed at...us. And each week, it seems, there is a star trek reference. And the show is "hip" with youngsters....

I expect to see more TREK related lines as May approaches, and sweeps month does too..

Sounds interesting. Examples, please.

Sheldon once decided that the game, Rock, Scissor and Paper was too simple so he added Lizard and Spock to make it better when making decisions. Naturally, they all kept picking Spock, which was the Live, Long and Prosper sign.

Sheldon called Leonard's new MD girlfriend played by Sara Rue their group's "McCoy".

Numerous fictional Federation Charter citations have been used in arguments.

Sheldon felt that the renaissance fair they participated in was far too historically inaccurate for his liking. He therefore dressed up as Spock and pretended to be visiting an alien planet that parallelled medieval times.

I love this show.

The autograph scene in the last episode was a AAA+ ending to an average episode. I was laughing so hard at his reactions to the DNA on the napkin that I wasn't even making a sound.

I had to re-watch the scene because my wife and I were laughing so hard...and there was that scene earlier in the season when he went to that fair dressed up as...Spock...great stuff!!! And the time sheldon quit the trivia team and hired his own 'red shirts' to staff his team was pretty good too..
