TrekBBS/Shelfari Group

I know that there are a few of us who are on both the TrekBBS and Shelfari, so I thought it would be fun to set up a Shelfari group just for us. I have it set to invitees only, so if you want to join up just send me a friend request and then I'll friend you and invite you to join. I only accept friend request from people I know, so please let me know what your screenname here is when you send the request.

It's a site that let's you set up an record of all of your book collection. I joined when it came up a few months back. SHELFARI. So you can see what a page looks like here's mine. I've had a blast setting it up.

Oh my. This would drive me even more crazy than trying to put together my DVD collection (movies.fishslayer.net).

Is there some sort of utility for putting the list together short of manual entry? I used Collectorz for my DVDs...they have a nice piece of software that can lookup barcodes.

Been on Shelfari and found it awful. There were some errors in some Trek books listed and they prevented me from putting in the proper entries. I contacted staff and they did nothing about it. I gave up waiting and moved to Goodreads. Goodreads is way better then Shelfari. If we are going to have a TrekBBS group someplace, Goodreads should be it.
